Student finance
I'm a bit confused and looking for some help if possible. I currently live in Scotland and am going to Oxford uni in October. My parents are getting divorced and they're both moving back to England in June. My question is, should I apply for SAAS now and if I do will I be able to next year since I no longer live there? Also if I wait till June will it be too late for me to apply to student finance England? Thanks in advance
