Insight into Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff and Durham?

I've recieved offers to study psychology at four universities (Bristoll, Birmingham, Cardiff and Durham) and honestly I have no idea which one to chose.
Since I'm from Denmark I've never been to any of the four cities, and I haven't been able to get off work to go see any of the universities or cities. Therefore I would love ANY insight any of you could give me into the cities and universities.
Have you been to one of the cities once? What do you remember? Which university do you percieve as 'the best'? Which city is cheapest? How is it studying psychology at any of these places?
All information is valuable to me, even if you've only been there once, years ago.

Apparently, Cardiff is one of the cheapest cities to live in, in the UK.
Birmingham also has a very nice campus.
