First of all you have to measure the angles. The you know that the angle for NI represents 2 Million.

If NI was say 5 degrees (it isn't BTW) then you could say that each degree represents 2/5 of a million.

You can then multiply up the other angles. Multiplying each one by 2/5 to see how many millions each one represents.
