Research methods of approaches

Hey, studying psychology b and for the approaches it says we have to know the strengths and limitations of the research methods of the approaches. For this can we learn what they are such as experimental for biological and then learn the strengths and limitations for that? Do we need to specifically apply it to the approach?
Thanks
Look in my teacher thread. (www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3925967&p=64322477)

Scroll down and you'll find a massive comparison table of the approaches.

The website has loads of strengths + limitations of each experimental type too.
