Ok guys, I've applied to work in an Aldi warehouse as a 'selector' because I'm tired of being broke 
I've been invited to an 'individual assessment' ... Anybody any idea what this is exactly? It's unskilled work what could they possibly need to assess?

It might be something to do with manual handling and whatnot since they'd rather not be sued if you get hurt
