However if you're looking to move out then Essex may not be the best choice (that's for the Colchester campus).
I have offers from both universities. Essex for studying Philosophy and Psychology at East London.
Essex is considered the better uni by a long shot. UEL is very much geared towards mature students and others from backgrounds who wouldn't typically have gone to uni in the past. Great if its one of your only options but if you have better options as you do then go for them unless you really prefer Psychology over Philosophy.
