Hey. I know exam season is a time a lot of people get stressed and for some people it can be really bad. When I had my a level exams I was so stressed I couldn't do any revision and threw up on the way to all my exams so if you're really stressed at the moment remember you aren't alone.
If you are worried about how your mental health is going to affect your work or about anything else making them difficult talk to your school/ college/ uni. They deal with people stressed about exams every year and there are things they can do to support you.
If you have a medical condition (or suspect you may) that is interfering then talk to your s/c/u about DSA. It is another form of support and if you have medical evidence you can qualify for thigs like extra time, seperate rooms or readers/ scribes (based on how your condition affects you).
If you haven't already then talk to your doctor too and see how they can help.
Whatever it is that is worrying you talk to your s/c/u and they can help you. And just remember nomatter what stage of education you are in and nomatter how badly you may do there is always something you can do. Failing an exam or coursework is not the end of the world so try not to worry so much about it.
You can get through it and move on to have a great life so just hang in there for now
Good luck to all of you
To anybody with exams/ coursework coming up
