A day in the life of a midwifery student: Placement

It's a bit weird that she's written about her lunch in detail but said nothing about what working in the teenage pregnancy clinic was actually like. I know you can't give details because of patient confidentiality, but surely a rough outline of what that area of midwifery involves would have been possible?
