Creating a website using php

I'm building a website using PHP it needs to be to a high quality but I'm currently struggling with this is it's not one of my strong points on the course . I've created a login but at the minute it's really very basic . Was wondering if anyone could help me out

Try outlining what the aspects of the page should be, e.g. 1. Login 2. Form etc.

If you have that outlined, it'll make it easier for the PHP experts (which I am not) to see what can be done to improve your website. Also upload the code you already have in an attachment or link to the website if it is online.

I've made a template page that will be my layout on every page then I've got includes on each page but thanks for that I'll upload it when I get in
