Hi everyone. I'm a prospective international student and I have gotten offers for Computer Science taught masters from both University of Southampton and University of Manchester. I'm having a hard time deciding which one of these universities should I go to this coming fall.

These are the factors that are important to me:
    - University's worldwide reputation because I may continue my education towards getting a PhD in US
    - Research in Artificial Intelligence field
    - Living expenses in the city since I'm a self-funded student

I would really appreciate it if you help me with my decision

Can anyone help me out on this decision?

Not sure about CompSci specifcally but Manchester has a very strong reputation both in England and internationally. Living costs for both Southampton and Manchester would be pretty similar so I wouldn't factor that in.

Thank you very much for your reply, that's a good thing to know about the cost of living.

Has anyone here studied CompSci for masters in University of Manchester?
