Difference between a girl calling you 'darling' and calling you 'babe'?
Neither probably means anything if it's an older woman, but if it's a girl in my age area?
If its a younger person then it could mean different things, I call my girl friends babes all the time as more of a banter thing if theyre being nice to me, i call them darling when im being the mother hen of my group taking care of my children (my friends). I guess darling is more endearing and serious than babe?
