Hi folks 
Thought I'd try to get a thread started for this. There seems to be one for all other years. Interested to hear from people considering this course.
I'm just about to apply and eager to get some info about the year.
I'm particularly interested in life in Bangor. I've heard very conflicting reports but that's all down to personal preference I guess....
Also, accommodation seems to be a big issue the past few years , especially for those who do not speak Welsh and may have a big commute to schools...
Finally, I'm Irish
So it'd be nice to hear from other Irish considering this move..

I'm from Pembrokeshire and hoping to apply for halls for the initial 6 weeks -anyone else doing this? I'm a single mum (my boys are 12 and 17) so I'm planning on staying in Bangor during the week and going home on weekends.
