Postgrad pre-payment - anyone been declined place?

has anyone been declined a place after you made the pre-payment? ie, the course was full. my offer was made about 4 weeks ago. when did you apply/accept?

I paid the day I got the offer and had no issue. Did they decline you a place? What course was it?
