Boarding School and Student Finance

I started my application for student finance yesterday and I got to that question where it asks 'for the last 3 years prior to your course did you live in the UK or abroad' or something similar and I don't really know what to put. I live in Cyprus but for the past 3/4 years I've been at boarding school in the UK. So does that count as living in the UK or do I still have to say I lived outside the UK?

If you were only in the UK "for education purposes" then that doesn't count - you should put your place of residence as Cyprus.
