welfare services

I am wondering if schools should have better welfare services for instance I struggled for years with maths within 4 weeks at uni they got me diagnosed as disnumric and gave me a printer pc and in exams extra time and use of a PC for my scripts.

I'm not the only one I've met many people who have found the same that school are lacking in welfare services it's not one size fits all so why do schools think it is?

to summarise should schools have better welfare services ?

Yes they should really, but theres no funding for them whereas unis have the money.
My dyslexia wasnt noticed until uni organised a diagnostic assessment for my dyspraxia.
