Everyone is telling me to go to Manchester (mainly for the nightlife) but I really want to know how good quality the actual uni is and do you recon the nightlife could be a bit distracting?Basically my situation is I have 5 unconditional offers 2 from Manchester, 2 from Staffodshire and 1 from Swansea all in the advertising sector to start in 2016. The two at Manchester is in adverting and design but one of them is a sandwich year (with placement in the third year). At Staffordshire I got in to one adverting and design course and the other is a short film course that mainly focuses on tv adverts and music videos etc which is the route I would love to go down and they also have pretty good school trips but it is soo niche and has such a small job market I'm starting to think it is a little unrealistic in the professional world. Whilst at MMU the advertising and design sandwich course with a one year placement seems a lot more appropriate to have as a step to my future career. Swansea I am not to bothered about but if you would like to compare then please write below. I have to make my final choice by the 4th May and I am still unsure about who to go for so I would like to weigh up the pros and cons between the two. Thanks for your help.
