University of Surrey

Surrey or Royal Holloway for Computer Science?
Hello guys, I need some advice on what uni is better for CS. I received unconditional offers from both so the choice will have to be final.
I want to commute to both so travel will be a big factor for me - 30 mins to RHUL vs over an hour to Surrey every day. Plus, Surrey course and teaching seems to be of a bit higher standard (from the stats I found), which is quite important to me, however it is still considered to be a very new uni, that isn't as well known as RHUL and , and I am just not sure how that affects employability, if at all.
As to the feel of both unis, so far I have only been to Guildford (Surrey) and loved it. I am visiting Egham this Saturday to compare.
Lastly, RHUL is part of the University of London group so Surrey might lack the "connections".
To sum up in one question... Is it worth going to a less-known uni with (what I think is) a better course and will it affect me long term?
