Buying a mobile phone from a third party website
I want to stay with 02 for my new iPhone 6s but the deals on the 02 shop website are too expensive (£41 per month plus £129 up front for the cheapest deal!!!) so I am looking at compare the market instead.
Who does the money go to when I buy from the likes of mobiles.co.uk or e2 save mobiles? Who do I deal with when I have a problem?

I believe it goes to the mobile network that the contract is with. Have you tried trading in your old phone to offset some of the cost?
