Flat near Bower Ashton campus

hey so im from malaysia and going to study bachelor of fine art at uwe this september and will be based at bower ashton campus apparently. and uwe student halls are really pricy so if possible im trying to look for a flat/house to share near bower ashton campus. idk but budget would be around £300 any seniors or anyone know anyone renting off a room?
