What do I do ?
I have 3 weeks left exact until my first exam. I tried a past paper for that exam today and got an E 48%. So bad and now I'm so nervous.
The only thing you can do now is keep practicing! At this point, it's probably best to just go over the topics you're most unsure on, as going over topics you already understand will just waste time. Try not to let this past paper get you down, it doesn't reflect how you will do in the real exam. You can do it!
