Consumer satisfaction on on-line multi-player games
I am doing a research on consumer satisfaction on video games. Nowadays in-game micro-transactions and 'pay to win' practices have become more and more popular. I wanted to know how people feel about this by just answering 10 simple questions. It takes about 2 minutes and I would appreciate your help and support.
