iGCSE English: How do I focus on the content?

Hi everyone,

As some of you may now, Question 1 in Paper 2 for iGCSE has 15 marks for the content of your writing and 5 marks for the quality of your writing.

Now, the quality of my writing is completely fine. I'm getting about 4 out of 5 in quality.

However, I'm always messing up in the content section, this is always where I lose most. I hardly get past 11/15 for content which is frustrating because it's the main reason why my current grade is a B :/

So, for iGCSE English you know they make you write an article/interview/report/speech etc. and they give 3 points you need to look for in the question.

Sometimes I get confused on what paragraph I need to refer to for information.
Just one small mishap leads to a loss of a lot of marks. How do I improve this and try my best to look for content? And how much information should I write about each one of the 3 points?
