Can 2nd years attend fresher's night events?

Hi,

I stayed at home last year (Family issues) and since they are resolved im moving to halls, however ill be in with first years, since id like to actually get to know my flatmates would 2nd years be allowed to freshers events? Dont really wanna become an outcast.

Not officially no. However we managed to sneak someone in by having another fresher say they lost their wristband and getting another one. There's YouTube videos online how to get them off without breaking them.

Yes it would be very hard to get a freshers wristband if you are going to be in second year. However I would email student services as they might allow you to buy a wristband with this reason.
