Hey eveyone, i am a french student and i want to apply for the undergraduate course of imperial in maths.
I normally have a reasonably (no pretention here just facts) good chanceto have an offer in grades point of view, they ask for 15/16 (out of 20) in general and in maths, i do better in maths (17-18). But on the global grade (the one that recap all subjects) i am around 15-16 with some big ups and some downs due to others subjects (french, history).
I was wondering whether, in general, imperial cares a lot about other subjects that are irrelevant to the one you want to study or you just have to met the requirement and just be very good in your subject with a lot of passion for it. Does being a great writer give you a better chance to be accepted as a mathematician ?
Thank you in advance for your time, hope you had or will have a great day.
quick quetion about importance of irelevant subjects
