Uncertainity URGENT HELP PLZ EXAM TOMORROW

If you have repeat readings to take a mean from (I've not done the practical btw and I don't want to see anything about them please don't post about it) and I want to calculate the uncertainty. If the uncertainty is 1.3 for example, would I round it normally or do you always round it up? Just because as in the example above would +/-1 be giving a false impression of the uncertainty?
I think you are talking about Physics, you give the uncertainty to the same level of accuracy as your value reading. I think you can round down as well as up
