I am going to be applying for an NHS funded second degree, beginning in Sept 2016 (ODP at UoL). I have completed all the NHS calculators and am entitled to a bursary and a grant but my question to SFE is this:

I have already had a student loan for a degree completed in 2001. Will I be entitled to apply for a reduced maintenance loan to top up my NHS bursary?

    Hi MelodyAskari

If your course is eligible for the NHS bursary, you will be able to apply for the reduced rate maintenance loan from Student finance.
