URGENT replacement Tennant needed in liverpool

Hello everyone I'm desperately looking for someone to replace me at my house in liverpool which is 10 room house with lovely people. the address is 50 upper parliament street and its 105 a week rent which is really good considering the house is a luxury student house with 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens in the city centre so again , amazing location. The temancy starts in July and so you will be able to live there in the summer too, please reply to this thread or message me if you are interested , this is a fantastic opportunity to live with good people in an amazing student house so the most willing and first person will get it haha thank you, barn
