you'll have to pay for your first year of a new course, if you get a job and lived at home you could probably save enoguh in a couple of years to have some left over to live on as well
I'm thinking of maybe asking my sister to help out she earns around £1000 at least per month

well that's your decision but -

    1. £1000 a month is not a lot of money at all, you could earn that working in a shop if you got your own job and she probably can't afford to be losing a chunk of a very small salary

    2. it was your decision to drop out and add the extra financial burden, you should deal with it yourself

Well funding will be an issue as you have done two years now. However you only have to pay for one year, and you could save £9k within a few years if you are careful.

Is there anything you really want to do? Like does the degree you want to study lead to a job or something? Personally I would suggest spending a while trying to figure out exactly what you want to do in life. There is plenty you can achieve outside of university.

Honestly, as someone with a degree and in post-graduate studies of which I'm sure I'll be stuck in for a while... I can honestly say that they are over-rated.

Did you say what you would like to move onto?
