Hello. My friend and I have a spare room in our 3 bed house in Selly Oak, for the next academic year (16/17). The house is a good location - close to the GP centre, post office, supermarket, station and is about 15 minutes walk from campus. The house is in a pleasant and secure area. It's double glazed, well insulated, and includes typical appliances. £325 per month (£75 pppw), bills not included. We have pleasant landlords. Sharing with two [friendly] guys in our 3rd year.
