Anyone got any ideas on what they think the six markers will be?

In my mind I'm saying DRUGS and THE NITROGEN CYCLE.

Drugs hasn't been a six marker before, so I'm thinking they'll either ask an ethical six marker or alternatively the effects of stimulants, depressants, painkillers and hallucinogenics on the CNS.

The Nitrogen Cycle tends to be a very small proportion of the exam, so I reckon it will receive a whole six marker dedicated to it.

Anyone have any other ideas what the six markers could be?
in the jan 2016 paper, the 6 mark question was:

An increase in the width of mitochondria increases the surface area ofmembranes inside mitochondria. Explain how an increase in the surface area of these membranes will affect thesynthesis of ATP in the muscle tissue of an athlete.

so i suppose, we can rule out mitochondria and ATP production as a 6 mark question. other than that, i they might give a 6 mark question for the eye. havent seen one so far
