I have in the last year or two I have become a bit overweight, so I have started dieting and doing at least an 1 hour of exercise a day. Now to the point I now wear size 36 trousers, they are a bit loose at the waist but 34 feels uncomfortably tight. If I am losing all this weight is it possible I could end up as low as size 32. I just cannot afford to buy new clothes at this point in time.

    Current weight: 13st / 82.5kg
    Target weight: 11-11.5st / 70-73kg

There are so many variables in this that it's pretty much impossible to answer.

Start by loosing say 6lbs and see how you are from that

buy clothes when you get to your goal weight and can maintain it.

for now invest in a belt to keep your trousers up.
