1. Question 12 (see attachment) - I've found the forces okay (75N and 25N) but i can't find the line of action of the force by taking moments about the force?
The answer is 3y= x + L

The answer is 3y= x + L
Well, if you've found that force, then it looks something like this (just focusing on the force F for the moment):

That gives you the gradient of the line, you'll need to find a point on the line such that you can then find the y-intercept of the line.
