I would probably say Big L, his first album is one of my favourite records ever, of any genre. I like his wit and how dark his humour and lyrics can be but even his tracks like Street Struck and Games Females Play are immense, and obviously he flows like a God too.
"Told her beauty is why God invented eyeballs, and her booty is why God invented my balls" -Kanye West (Start it up)

"Is hip hop just a euphemism for a new religion?
The soul music of the slaves that the youth is missing,
but this is more than just my road to redemption
Malcolm West had the whole nation standing at attention"

His second verse on Elevators is awesome too.

And the whole of A Life in the Day of Benjamin André.

I also always loved his verse on this:

He basically has one of the best flows of all time. I could listen to him for days.
In answer to the OP, Prodigy's verse on Shook Ones Pt II is 100% one of the best of all time.

Also Inspectah Deck on Triumph and everything Big Pun does on Twinz
