I'm thinking of doing all three sciences Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Geography is probably more useful for Architecture, however neither is required, so just do what you enjoy most and will therefore do well in. It seems like you're not planning on taking Art though, which you should definitely take if you want to get into Architecture school.
