Student finance forms

So rather than do it online my parents would rather fill the forms and mail them.

Two questions.

One. Where it says person 1 and person 2 it has two reference numbers do my parents put my reference in?

Also what is the address to send these forms to?

No - that's where they put THEIR customer reference number (if they have one). Your CRN goes in the section above asking for the STUDENT customer reference number.
