My referee says they have not received an email from ucas requesting a reference
What can I do? Can I give the university her details and for them to contact her directly? I'm applying independently and I left college a year ago. Really don't want to keep nagging my previous tutor, she's checked junk/spam and still hasn't received an email

There should be a button to resend the email somewhere, if that doesnt work give ucas a call.
