I know it's easier for English as students only have to answer 3 questions whereas normal English language gcse (Aqa) students have to answer 6. The grade boundaries for history are also really low in comparison to Aqa history GCSEs.

I do GCSEs for English- I have 3 questions on one literature paper, 4 on the other, 2 on the writing language paper and 4 on the reading paper.
I do iGCSEs for other subjects for example foreign languages and I think they are harder than GCSEs as there are no controlled assessments or coursework and everything is exam based. For all of the iGCSE subjects I do it is entirely exam based.
