I was wondering how you can use DCPIP to work out the concentration of Vitamin C as I know there is a 1:1 ratio but not sure how this helps?

There is also a point on the IGCSE CIE syllabus which says 'relate the shape and structure of protein molecules to their function, limited to the active site if enzymes and the binding site of antibodies'. I was not really sure about the binding site of antibodies so I would really appreciate any help with this.

How can I prepare for the Biology practical - I have learnt the food tests but is there anything else?

    Thank you in advance!

Also wondering about this point: water as a solvent in organisms with respect to digestion excretion and transport.

    Thank you
