    Hi guys

A couple weeks ago, I sent UCL an e-mail regarding my offer, but I have not had any reply yet.
I asked if it were possible to accept my offer only in late August, as I am waiting for the outcome of a local scholarship application. Do any of you know the answer? If not, should I e-mail the Graduate Admissions office again? I would prefer to avoid phone calls, considering that I do not live in the UK: is more than two weeks a normal wait for a reply?

After two weeks, I would send them another message

Maybe try the course admin instead of graduate admissions. The graduate admissions tend to be incredibly busy at this time of the year.

    I would ring anyway imo.
