I have submitted my application for tuition fee loan on here www.student-finance.service.gov.uk
I still have to send some evidence, declaration form and so on but whatever... I was wondering whether I have to submit a specific application in order to get the grant or if the one I have alredy done for tuition fees includes automatically the request for the grant.
Also: as a EU student, do I need a national insurance number?
I don't have a personal bank account yet: should I open a UK bank account asap?

@seanfm or who is supposed to do that, I'm afraid I posted this in the wrong section. I think I was meant to post it in 'student finance Wales'. Some help?
