Quicker version of Memrise?

Memrise seems impossible to manage. I spent 1 hour learning 7 words and it simply isn't good enough. I'm an A-A* student so I don't want to waste revision time learning stuff I already know. Is there a better version of Memrise for AQA French vocabulary? I just want to get myself in the mood for the exam, not learn every word in the langauge in two weeks!

I don't know about alternatives, but I do know that, in Memrise, if you click on the course you're learning and then on one of the individual levels you have the option to ignore certain words that you're not interested in learning.

1 hour?? A learning session for 5 words usually takes me less than 5 minutes...

There may be ways to make your experience of Memrise better. If you don't want to learn words you already know, there is an option to 'ignore' them (there is an ignore button on the top right of each list of words), and they won't come up for you to learn. Alternatively, you can make your own course containing only words you want to learn. I also do A-Level French, and I've put all of my vocab lists on Memrise- I find it a really effective way to learn, especially since you can review words after a certain period of time so that they stay in your memory.

I think Quizlet is an alternative website for learning vocab, but I don't personally use it, so I'm not sure if it's any good or not.
