With the new specification Alevels you don't have to take the AS examinations. So my teacher gave us the choice advising us not to take them AS exams. He cleared it with powers above. So, 12 days before the exam they want us to take the exam. It is in business and I so want an A in business. Don't know what to think in shock

It probably wouldn't be hard to make a case with the "powers above" so you don't have to do it, since it's such ridiculous behaviour from them.

Since there is no AS exam, you can talk with your teacher (your head of sixth form etc) about having an internal exam after the AS exam time period.
