Commercial law sale of goods scenario help:( (exam in 2 days)
What happens where there is a sale of wood but that wood is described as it is "able to be polished and sanded t a good finish" but when it is delivered, it is not polishable and sandable because it has knots in the wood for not being properly cured (as described in the catalogue) in the course of a business? Thank you so much if anyone helps because it would mean a lot as I have an exam about it.
