What did you get for f(w/j) question? and did you get 0.008 on the last question
I got 0.5j , -2j , -3-2j , -3+2j or something like that haha, I 0.008 but ran out of time and didn't write it down

i think i got like 0.00693 or something but i was rushing it so probably made a mistake
3. I got that too SurrealTV. Man this paper was bloody difficult.
4. i got p as 3/2
a as 1/2 and b as -2
5. what's the answers for the limitation question?

what's the answers for the limitation question?
i put leans towards 0 as it was like an x^2/x^3

i got p as 3/2
a as 1/2 and b as -2
I got that as well
8. and the argand diagram the 2 intersect at like -3 + 9j
9. Sure was one damn tough exam... What are you lot thinking the grade boundary for an A would be roughly? Seeing as the hardest past paper I've done was Jan 2013 and had 48/72 for an A would you think it would be around 50/72?
10. This was the hardest exam I have ever done. I missed out 22 marks due to a lack of time. I didn't even do question 9. On the plus side (if there is one) I think that I got 39/72 which may end up to be a B. The January 2013 paper required only 43/72 for a B (see http://www.ocr.org.uk/i-want-to/conv...-marks-to-ums/) and that paper was like doing a year 6 SATs maths paper compared to this one. Therefore, the grade boundary for a B is should AT LEAST be 4 marks lower.

I'm in year 12 doing AS Further Maths which puts me at a disadvantage to all the Y13s. However, I can (and will) resit it next year.

i got -3+9j as well but was |z-(3+4j)|>=5 or |z-(3+4j)|<=5
12. Did you guys get A = 6 and B = 51?

Yep! Phew

i got -3+9j as well but was |z-(3+4j)|>=5 or |z-(3+4j)|<=5
i think it was less than or equal to 5 because i shaded in on the circle
15. Anyone else get -5/2 and -2/5 for the roots of that polynomial?
Anyone else get -5/2 and -2/5 for the roots of that polynomial?
i got 1/2 and -2 because they added to make -3/2 and multiplied to make -1??

Oh dear, I thought they multiplied to give 1??
18. (Original post by harpreetrai3)

Pretty sure it was more than or equal to so it was the area outside the circle
19. Think I've been stupid and left the answer to the last question as 0.00816 or something? Didn't realise 0's at the front classed as sig figs lol
20. **** hopefullt its ft and i only lose 1
