I went for a walk to get a bit more fresh air and i still feel tired I sleep 8-9 hours on average I am a bit stressed but I guess we all are any advice I find it hardest to study during school days I feel so exhausted on Mondays I have maths tutor at 5 so I go home change eat something go to maths tutor return at 6:30.On Fridays I have Aikido I return at 6:00 home and other days I sometimes stay for History after school I find it hardest to study during school week i eat healthy sleep an ok amount.I do still some work but I don't feel in the mood for work but i do it anyway but it would be more effective if the drive was there.

As a 'quick' energy booster try a 20 minute nap! When I feel tired on a weekend day or even when I finish college 'early' ish, like 2pm, I find setting my alarm for 20 minutes actually helps to feel refreshed.

Unfortunately I am in a similar position as you.
