i epilated my vag and now i have spots on it - how to avoid?

i epilated my vag and now i have lots of spots and its sore, does anyone know how i can avoid getting them. theyre just like small puss spots.

its easier than waxing and i dont shave as i dont like the bumpiness from it
Oh dear! Ice the region if it's still sore.

You should have exfoliated and moistured the region before you did that.

Just keep the area clean, and remember to exfoliate and moisture next time before you epilate/wax.
Exfoliate before.

Moisturise after.

Do it slow to avoid pain. Take an ibuprofen beforehand to reduce swelling.

Put on some aloe vera.
This person means like their groin area right? Not their actual labia and such?
If so then put like Sudocream or nappy rash cream on it.
