Do I need to sign loan declaration after everything else?

Do i need to do 1) and 2) before signing the loan declaration? Or can i sign and send the declaration at any time?


Is there a specific order to do 1), 2) and 3) in? Please help!!


You need to do 2 first but then you can add your bank account later.

That's correct, these can be done in any order, one will not affect the other.
