Starbucks Job Application

Has anyone here applied for a job at starbucks before? I've got the application form printed off however I don't know where to send it seeing as I can't find information on where to send it. Also the boxes are quite small to write in so when it says "Tell us 3 top qualities you have that will make you a great partner" do i just list say : teamwork etc.. or do I have to explain like 'I'm good at team work because blah blah blah...?'

If the boxes are quite small then they are not expecting people to give them extreme detail on specific experience. Keep it short, just write teamwork, versatile etc. Why Starbucks tho?
