Why would she stop replying after initiating 100% of contact?

Been in touch with this girl for the last couple of weeks.

We met a night club and she contacted me the next day.

We went for a coffee and we made out a few times.

She's been starting all the text conversations since.

She's been away on a trip recently (she's finished her exams) so I sent her a "safe trip home" text. She hasn't replied.

It says "seen".

Have I somehow screwed this up?

Why don't you ask her out and catch up when she gets back?

Yeah, the coffee was slightly more her idea though.

I did ask her before and she said she's more than happy to meet, but then this :s-smilie:
Have you screwed it up?.... How are we suppose to know. Did you post something on your Facebook, do something that might've gotten her jealous?

Either someone else has her attention or she's still settling in from her trip although if someone's really into you they would text, but you guys just started seeing eachother so you may not be that much of a priority yet which is not a bad thing.

Isn't going out for a coffee a date? Or does it have to involve consumption of large amounts of food and going somewhere special for it to be considered a date?

I always thought it was a good way to tell a girl i'm just like everyone else. It's always coffee being suggested these days.
If not replying to a text one has seen is grounds for concern a lot of people I care about must feel resentment towards me :lol:
