I haven't slept properly for about 2 days now, and for the last two days I've noticed my teeth have been really sensitive.

Does anybody else get this? Just a coincidence?

Could be just a coincidence, but I also googled any possible links between the two and it could be that you're grinding your teeth. Apparently when you aren't sleeping deeply enough or for long enough, you spend longer time in a part of the sleep cycle during which you're more likely to grind or clench your teeth together. Bruxism (teeth grinding in the sleep) is also affected by stress, which goes hand in hand with sleep deprivation.
You could go and see your dentist and see what they think if it's really bothering you.
